Working as a mechanic in a bike shop since 2014 in Torrevieja, his extensive experience in the sector allowed him to detect that most repairs and specific maintenance were taking too long and delivery times were not being met. His specialisation focuses on shortening service times for suspensions, allowing customers to enjoy their bikes as soon as possible.
Our priority is; once the fork, shock absorber or telescopic seatpost of our customers arrives at our workshop, in a time not exceeding 48 hours, to have carried out the specific maintenance service, proceeding to its shipment to the customer's address, after quality control by our specialised technical service.

We recommend that forks, shock absorbers or telescopic seatposts that are less than two years old should be serviced with the original seals of each brand, in order to preserve the original 2-year warranty offered by the manufacturer.
